About Ben
Ben Kirsch oversees financial operations, billing, and internal systems at ORCA, helping ensure the organization runs with the professionalism, structure, and responsiveness families rely on during challenging moments. He works closely with the team to support the operational side of client care, building the financial and administrative systems that allow ORCA’s clinical and advisory work to function smoothly and reliably.
Ben joined ORCA in 2025 and focuses on strengthening the organization’s operational foundation—from billing and financial management to internal processes that support a high standard of service for families and partners.
He graduated from the University of Michigan in 2025 with a degree in Economics. Originally from New York, Ben enjoys reading, mountain biking, and following college football—especially Michigan athletics.
